As organizers of the TopCoW and TopBrain MICCAI challenges, our mission is to benchmark and advance automated brain vasculature segmentation. From the Circle of Willis to the entire cerebral vascular system, these challenges demonstrate how multiclass segmentation enables clinically relevant and explainable applications. We are proud to release our annotated datasets and benchmarked algorithms to the public, fostering an open-science ecosystem that supports continued innovation in neurovascular research
